Licensed and certified independent adjusting for insurance carriers and independent adjusting firms. We provide professional property damage inspections, claims evaluations and insurance loss assessments on residential and commercial properties across Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

What Each Assignment Includes

On-site inspection and photo documentation, including drone imagery; determining the cause and extent of loss; reviewing applicable policy provisions; detailed estimates prepared in industry-standard estimating software; and comprehensive inspection reports. We coordinate with policyholders, contractors and carrier representatives for accurate, fair and timely claim resolutions.

A Completely Separate Service

Independent adjusting and our roofing and contracting work are completely separate services and are never performed in conjunction with one another. We never adjust a claim on a property we are contracting on, and never contract on a property we have adjusted.
