About Skynet Contracting – Beloit Roofing Contractor
Who We Are
Skynet Contracting LLC is a residential and commercial roofing contractor based in Beloit, Wisconsin. We serve homeowners, property managers and business owners within about 100 miles of Beloit, across Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, with roof replacements, repairs, gutters, siding, and hail and wind damage restoration.
Built Around Complete Roofing Systems
We install complete roofing systems with SBS polymer-modified shingles. The rubberized asphalt stays flexible through Wisconsin and Illinois winters and stands up to spring hail and summer wind. Matched underlayment, ice & water barrier, ventilation and ridge cap work together as one system.
Honest Estimates, Work We Stand Behind
Every project starts with a free inspection and a written, itemized estimate, with no pressure to sign. When the job is done, you get our workmanship warranty in writing.
Certified Inspection Expertise
Owner, Chadwick Lind, is a Licensed Independent Adjuster, a Haag Certified Master Level Damage Inspector, an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, a Verisk Certified Xactimate Level 3 User, and a FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot. That training goes into every property we inspect.
